Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping at Streaming Boxes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Important:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service team at sales@streamingboxes.com.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us with your Order Number and the reason for the request. Our representatives will reply with complete instructions on how to process your return or exchange.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

If your order is cancelled within 12 hours of purchase and has not yet shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

After Shipment

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
You may request a return after receiving the package.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • All included accessories, manuals, cables, and promotional materials must be returned.
  • The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.

If these conditions are not met, the return may be denied and the item may be shipped back to you without a refund.

3. Return or Exchange Process

To begin a return or exchange:

  1. Email us:
    Send a message to sales@streamingboxes.com explaining the reason for the return.
    Photos may be required for damaged or defective items.

  2. Wait for Instructions:
    Do not send items back until you receive return instructions from our team.
    Items must be returned in their original packaging.

4. Deadline for Requesting a Return or Exchange

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing usually takes up to 10 business days.
If you do not receive your refund within 10 days, please contact us at sales@streamingboxes.com.

Note:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Sale items
  • Custom or special-order items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

7. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

8. Changes to Orders

If you need to modify your order (change address, update item quantity, etc.), please contact us immediately.

We will do our best to update your order; however, once it has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

9. Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable state taxes or fees imposed on their order.
(No customs duties apply since we ship only within the USA.)
